== Slow progress for Scores on the Doors ==

The Food Standards Agency’s (FSA) latest progress report on how to take the nationwide Scores on the Doors scheme forward claimed agreements had been difficult to reach. It said further discussions were needed, due to the complexity of the issues and polarised views of key stakeholders, but that it hoped decisions would be reached in September.

Pastry firm Jus-Rol has launched Jus-Rol Professional - a new look for its foodservice division. The rebrand included a new logo and website, which will offer information and advice as well as details of Jus-Rol’s new product developments. It includes a recipe section with technique videos. A new magazine-style social networking site about apprenticeships, called Jigsawww, is to be launched on 1 September. The site is aimed at apprentices and potential apprentices from 15 - 25 years old and will provide a forum through which apprentices can connect with each other and employers, managers, and learning providers across the UK.
