Pieminister has launched three new pie variants as part of its summer charity campaign ‘A Pie for a Pie’.

Available to order until the autumn, the three new pie flavours are:

  • Mexicow - a chilli con carne pie made with British beef, beer & cheddar.
  • Thai Chook - a Thai green curry pie made with free-range British chicken.
  • Feta Attraction - a vegetarian feta, spinach, chickpea and squash pie with pine nuts & sun-dried tomato.

For every pie ordered from Pieminister, the business will donate another pie to charity food distributor UKHarvest through the joint initiative.

UKHarvest distributes food to UK charities and Pieminister has pledged to donate 10,000 pies to the organisation to help those in need.

Jon Simon, managing director of Pieminister, said A Pie for a Pie might be the tastiest, easiest way to help others this summer.

“To help us reach this target, all you need to do is add the pies to your menu for your customers to enjoy this summer,” Simon said. “Supporting ’A Pie for a Pie’ means helping UKHarvest on their mission to eliminate hunger and food waste in the UK, while delighting your customers with something new.”
