Gluten-free biscuit manufacturer Northumbrian Fine Foods (NFF) has launched a three-strong cookie range for the foodservice sector under its Prewett’s label.
The twin-pack individually wrapped bakery items are available in Gorgeously Gluten Free Belgian White Chocolate, Belgian Triple Chocolate and Stem Ginger flavours and supplied in cases of 39.
“Our Prewett’s Gorgeously Gluten Free cookies have been a big hit in the retail sector, and we are delighted to now be able to extend our offering to foodservice operators as well, both in the UK and Europe,” said Catherine Cheesman, NFF national account manager.
Gateshead-based NFF was acquired by The Biscuit International Group, a European manufacturer of private-label sweet biscuits, last summer.
As well as the Prewett’s range, NFF produces own-label gluten-free and milk-free supermarket biscuits.
