Solvay launches two new flavours to “help reduce sugar”

Vanilla flavour manufacturer, Solvay Aroma Performance, has launched two new natural flavours.

The two new lines, Vanifolia and Vanifolia Bean, have been produced by Solvay in response to a demand for clean-label or healthy products.

In bakery premix form, Solvay said that the new natural flavours: “Help to reduce sugar while ensuring a lasting sweet taste with a vanilla note.”

Vanifolia is made up of global natural flavours, while Vanifolia Bean comprises vanilla flavours derived from genuine vanilla orchid beans. Vanifolia is available in powder and liquid grades.
