Kluman & Balter (Waltham Cross, Herts) offers a range of ingredients for bread plants, from divider oil to all-vegetable bread fat, plus a range of seeds and bread dressings.
Established lines, such as dark and light rye, sunflower and cereal grain breads are all available, as well as Continental styles, including a Pia Do mix for tomato bread and a ciabatta mix.
