Low-sugar bakery and snack manufacturer Free’ist has won its first listing with a major British supermarket.
The Belfast-based business will supply Morrisons with chocolates, popcorn and marshmallows, which will supplement existing business with clients including health food chain Holland & Barrett, and Tesco Northern Ireland.
Gerard McAdorey, founder of Free’ist, said: “Morrisons loves the fact that Free’ist has such a diverse sugar-free product range as it crosses many categories and also the fact that some of the products are additionally gluten free.
We have a saying at Free’ist – innovate or evaporate. New product development is at the heart of what we do, and we know what Free’ist fans are looking for, so we are always looking to add scrumptious, sugar-free products to our range.”
Free’ist produces a range of sugar-free and no added sugar cookies, chocolates and other snacks.
