Dawn Foods has launched three new frostings in flavours presently unique in the bakery sector, to “help bakers capture the essence of spring and summer”.
Available in Bubblegum, Mango & Passionfruit and Mojito flavours, the new range is being marketed as “combining an authentic taste with great shelf appeal”.
Made with all-natural colours and flavours, as well as being nut-free, RSPO palm and vegetarian friendly, the frostings are ready to use straight from the pail, with no need to spend time in preparation.
The soft and smooth frostings can be used to pipe, fill or sandwich a range of products, from cupcakes to doughnuts, and tray bakes to sponges.
The limited-edition frostings come in stackable 6kg resealable pails, designed for maximum product freshness and easy storage, said the company.
In January, Dawn launched pomegranate compound, the latest addition to the firm’s existing range of 20 compound flavours.
