The National Association of Master Bakers (NAMB) has teamed up with California Raisins to offer two one-day craft courses for Christmas.
The courses will be delivered by Ian Wilson of the Village Bakery at Slattery Patisserie & Chocolatier in Manchester on 5 November and at Bako Western in Cullompton, Devon, on 12 November. The courses are free to NAMB members and cost £50 for non-members, which includes tuition, lunch and refreshments.
The breads and Christmas confectionery to be made during the courses include Stollen according to a traditional German recipe, gluten-free Cinnamon Stars, a “Taste of Christmas” bread using spelt and a “Gingerbread House”.
