The fourth International Bakery Exhibition (ibex) is to be held from 17-20 October 2010 at the International Permanent Fairground in Tehran, Iran.
The country has population of more than 70 million, and the government is actively working to improve the quality of bread in Iran.
The aim of the exhibition is to improve the culture of using industrial bread and to improve the investment in Iran’s bread industry.
Ibex attracts a range of different businesses including flour millers, machinery and equipment manufacturers, enzyme and yeast firms and oven manufacturers.
