Doughnut brand Krispy Kreme UK has announced the date of its latest store opening, at the Mall shopping centre, Blackburn.
The doughnut shop will open from 10am on Thursday 2 February 2017, offering 15 different varieties.
In the weeks leading up to the opening, members of staff at Krispy Kreme will be in Blackburn city centre to hand out doughnut samples.
“We are extremely excited to be bringing Krispy Kreme to Blackburn in February, and can’t wait to welcome shoppers,” said Judith Denby, chief marketing officer for Krispy Kreme.
Krispy Kreme entered the UK market in October 2003 in London and has since opened stores in cities including Birmingham, Bristol, Edinburgh and Manchester.
Recent expansion has included opening a store at Glasgow International airport last month.
Krispy Kreme currently operates more than 80 stores across the UK and has a presence in over 630 cabinets with retailers including Tesco.
