Haydens Bakery has won the Best Manufacturer Award at the Enterprising Wiltshire Awards 2016.

The company said it was proud to be recognised for its pursuit of manufacturing excellence, and the award would drive Haydens into its new financial year with increased confidence, optimism and energy.

The Enterprising Wiltshire Awards are hosted by Inspire, the trading name for the Wessex Chambers of Commerce, and aim to celebrate Wiltshire’s best businesses. This year, the awards were held on 18 March at the Bowood Hotel, Spa and Golf Resort, Wiltshire, and sponsored by Wiltshire Council.

Simon Richardson, commercial director at Haydens Bakery, said: “The business has gone through a huge degree of change through the last two years, and I think this award is testament to the hard work of the Haydens team.”

Hayden’s Bakery parent company, Real Good Food, recently acquired frozen dessert supplier Chantilly Patisserie to run as a trading division of the bakery.
