Habwood, the Worcestershire-based supplier of catering and bakery equipment, is to deliver a new range of depositors into the UK.
The company has been awarded the agency for TMTC, a world leader in small depositing machines for manufacturing cakes and biscuits.
It will now supply a range of three artisanal depositor machines, which have been designed with small to medium-sized bakeries and factories very much in mind. Each model in the range is equipped with a colour touchscreen with pre-loaded multifunctional software which has the ability to memorise a number of important recipes.
Peter Wallin, managing director of Habwood, said: “The TMTC range of depositors is ideal for making macarons, éclairs, shortbreads and many types of biscuits. Because of their compact size, competitive price points and ease of maintenance we believe the range is perfect for the UK artisanal bakers and patisseries.”
