Artisanal bakery-chain Le Pain Quotidien is in the final stages of upgrading its EPoS system across its 25 London locations.
The three-year project makes use of AURES Technologies’ J2 630 and J2 625 PC-based EPoS terminals, with Le Pain Quotidien using an estimated total of 115 units.
Robert Brown, head of IT for Le Pain Quotidien, said: “We’ve gained a range of benefits including improved system reliability, ease of use, speed of use, longevity and cost-effectiveness. Using J2s, our cost of EPoS ownership has reduced.”
