Depositing equipment supplier Unifiller Systems has been acquired by Linxis Group, owner of brands including VMI, Diosna and Shick Esteve.
Unifiller, which supplies portioning and depositing equipment for small and mid‐sized bakeries, is based in Vancouver, Canada, but has offices across the world, including a UK site in Wellingborough, Northamptonshire.

Linixis Group supplies specialised equipment for the bakery, pharmaceutical and cosmetics industries, and is the parent company of mixing technologies businesses VMI and Diosna, and ingredient dosing systems supplier Shick Esteve.
The business, which employs 800 people in locations including France, Germany and the US, is owned by IK Investment Partners, which recently acquired Mademoiselle Desserts.
