Britain’s baking industry has many stars – and it hasn’t been easy to select the ones that shine brightest.
However, our expert judges have navigated the universe of talent to whittle down the hundreds of entries in the 2019 Baking Industry Awards to the 37 listed below.
The winning products, people and businesses will be announced on 4 September at the Royal Lancaster, London, in a dazzling ‘intergalactic’-themed ceremony hosted by presenter, musician and actress Ashley Roberts.
