British Baker is pleased to announce the dates for its biannual Bakers’ & Butchers’ Fair in 2013.
The first Fair of the new year, which brings together professionals from the bakery and butchery industries in the UK, will take place at the Three Counties Showground in Malvern on Sunday, 7 April.
In autumn 2013, the second Bakers’ & Butchers’ Fair of the year will return to the Yorkshire Event Centre in Harrogate on Sunday, 27 October.
The Fair will have two distinct areas for bakery and butchery, alongside competitions and live activities taking place on a dedicated stage. Visitors will also have the opportunity to meet exhibitors, including ingredients suppliers, packaging firms and equipment manufacturers to discuss the latest product launches and innovations in the industry.
Bakers’ & Butchers’ Fair is organised by British Baker and its sister title Meat Trades Journal.
