The British Society of Baking (BSB) has named its list of speakers for its 2017 Autumn Conference.
Due to be held on the 10-11 October at the Woodland Grange Hotel in Leamington Spa, Grupo Bimbo’s UK executive Cliff Irwin, Warburtons’ innovation manager Darren Littler and last year’s Scottish Baker of the Year, Gordon McGhee from McGhee’s Bakery, will be among the line-up of key speakers for the event.
The BSB conference brings together bakers and industry experts from across the globe to share ideas and, this year, will focus on aspects including innovation and trading internationally.
“As new members join the BSB, we rely on the valuable feedback members give to ensure we continue to provide a first-rate service to members,” said BSB chairman Paul Turner (pictured far right).
“We’ve responded to this feedback in our upcoming conference by returning to a more traditional focus on baking and industry trends, with a line-up of world-class speakers from across the spectrum of bakers.”
Tickets for the event are on sale via the BSB website.
