British Baker wants you to say what the past 12 months have meant for the retail bakery market.

We are running our annual Bakery Business Survey to gauge how the past year has treated businesses that operate shops selling baked goods.

Your responses – which will be confidential – will form a key part of our annual Bakery Market Report, to be published in March.

Please reply as soon as possible, as the survey closes at midnight tomorrow (20 February).

And one lucky reader who completes the survey will win £75-worth of Amazon vouchers.

The survey just takes a few minutes to complete and covers topics including pricing, costs and what the future may hold for the industry.

As we did for the first time last year, we are again looking at retail prices of key take-out baked goods.

“We want to give an accurate picture of how the bakery retail sector is performing, and your views are an essential part of this,” said British Baker editor Vince Bamford.

It takes just minutes to give your answers and, if you complete the survey, you will be entered into our draw to win £75-worth of Amazon vouchers.

The closing date for responses is 20 February 2020.

If you haven’t yet look at last year’s report, it is available here.
