British Baker held its annual Baking Industry Awards at the Hilton Park Lane, London this week and, during the evening we caught up with the winners of each category.

We spoke with Baker of the Year David Wright from the Cake Shop Bakery and Gordon Gafa, Tesco’s category director of bakery who took home the Supermarket Bakery Business of the Year, among many others.

Celebrity host and West End star Denise van Outen also gave us her thoughts on the night.
