British Baker’s exclusive video from this month’s Bakers’ & Butchers’ Spring Fair takes a look at the highlights from the day-long event.
Taking place on Sunday 7 April, the industry event attracted hundreds of bakers who were able to talk to exhibitors, watch live stage demonstrations and presentations, and take part in a number of competitions.
