Paul UK has raised £13,280 for The Felix Project’s ‘Help a Hungry Child’ campaign from sales of its breads.
Throughout December, the French bakery donated 50p from every 400g loaf sold across its sites in London to the campaign, which helps distribute fresh food to children in 120 of London’s most deprived schools.
Through its support and donations for The Felix Project, the bakery has raised a total of £30,000 in two years and is continuing to donate all unsold bread to the charity.
“We’re proud to have seen how many of our customers embraced the campaign and helped us raise such a significant sum,” said Paul UK’s CEO Jean-Michel Orieux. “We will continue our commitment to explore new avenues to help this great charity and this worthy cause.”
The Felix Project was set up in 2016 and works with over 120 charities and 90 suppliers helping to feed the homeless and families living in poverty.
