Aryzta Food Solutions has added three new products to its range of sweet treats.
The new products are an almond-filled croissant, chocolate-filled croissant and a ‘Caramel Heaven’ slice.
The manufacturer said the new lines would be ideal for eating on-the-go or for take-home and provided bakers and store owners with opportunities to drive additional sales and impulse purchase.
“With 52% of shoppers choosing taste over health benefits when snacking on the go [Mintel Consumer Snacking 2017], our new pastries and sweet treats enable retailers to boost appeal amongst shoppers looking for breakfast on the go or an indulgent afternoon snack, fulfilling the treat mission right through the day into early evening,” said Paul Maxwell, marketing manager at Aryzta Food Solutions UK.
The latest additions join several traybakes and pastries – including brownies, brookies and Duo Croissants – added to the Aryzta range last year.
