London biscuit company The Biscuiteers has signed a deal with Warner Bros. Consumer Products UK & Ireland for a range of iced biscuits, cupcakes and cakes, inspired by popular blockbusters.
The business has created a range of products based on characters in DC comics, including Batman, Superman, Wonder Woman and Catwoman.
It has also designed a Scooby-Doo range, as well as a range of biscuits inspired by the hit television sitcom Friends, including a Central Perk Café logo biscuit.
The company also sells biscuit cards, cupcakes and hand-iced cakes as part of the Warner Bros inspired collection.
In other news, the biscuit company is opening a second site in November in Northcote Road, Battersea.
The site will function as a new biscuit boutique and icing café , where customers can buy products and learn to ice biscuits.
Louisa Hull, of marketing and sales at the company, said: “It’s our second one and we’re really excited about moving into the lively and buzzing community on Northcote Road.”
Biscuiteers was founded in 2007 by Stevie Congdon and Harriet Hastings, husband and wife and co-directors of London catering company Lettice.
Products are currently stocked in Selfridges, Harrods, Fortnum & Mason and The Conran Shop.
