French bakery and patisserie producer Brioche Pasquier has launched a new Pain au Chocolat Crème Pâtissière.
The pastry contains cream and dark chocolate and the company has said it can also be heated to make a tasty breakfast treat.
Each Pain au Chocolat Crème Pâtissière is individually wrapped and comes in a pack of four, priced at £1 and weighing 45g.
The product is available in Sainsbury’s outlets across the UK and is free from any preservatives and artificial colouring.
Brioche Pasquier opened its first British factory in March 2015, and is the largest supplier of branded brioche products in the UK.
In March, Brioche Pasquier added five new products to its range in Sainsbury’s, which took the company’s listing with the supermarket up to nine.
