
A mortadella focaccia, a beef burrito with dip, a Korean chicken sando, and a Southern-fried chicken sub are among the new lunchtime meal deal options unveiled at Co-op.
As part of its summer 2026 food-to-go range, the retailer has embraced trend-based flavour profiles inspired by global cuisines including Italian, Mexican, Korean, Japanese and American. This includes a new iteration of its popular wrap and dip format, joining the recently unveiled Tex Mex Style Chicken Wrap with guacamole dip created in partnership with natural dip brand Holy Moly.
Meanwhile, Co-op has also ensured that all protein used as an ingredient is British across its own-brand food-to-go offering. Shoppers can purchase a standard meal deal for £4.10 (£3.75 for Co-op members) or a premium meal deal for £6 (£5.50 for members).

Irresistible Italian Mortadella & Mascarpone Focaccia
This classic Italian-style sandwich is made with extra virgin olive oil focaccia, which is hand stretched and baked on an Italian stone to deliver a light and open texture with superior flavour. It filled with slices of Italian mortadella sausage, creamy mascarpone, roasted red peppers, and fresh rocket.

- Margherita Calzone Parcels (rsp: £1.60, 40g, two-pack) – tomato and herb sauce and full fat soft cheese encased in pastry
- Smoked Sausage Rolls (rsp: £1.60, 94g, two-pack) – smoked flavour seasoned pork with onion and tomato wrapped in flaky pastry topped with roasted onion crumb
