Costa Coffee has unveiled its summer menu complete with new bakes and flavoured coffees.
The menu includes a Raspberry & Blackcurrant Ripple Cake that comprises layers of Victoria sponge, frosting and raspberry & blackcurrant compote; and a Pink Swirl Meringue that features a meringue topped with mixed berry compote and cream.
Other new products include the Mozzarella & Tomato Panini, Roast Chicken Salad Sandwich, and Pole & Line Tuna Nicoise Salad bowl.
The addition to its drinks menu is a Strawberry Cold Brew Coffee, which combines cold-brewed coffee with a ‘sprinkle of strawberry sweetness’. Costa’s Frostinos are also to return, available in Mint Choc Chip, Strawberry & Cream, Salted Caramel Crunch and Belgian Chocolate flavours.
The food-to-go retailer is also expanding its lunchtime meal deal, which allows customers to pick up a sandwich, panini or salad, with a snack and a drink for £4.95.
“This season we have created a menu that combines fantastic new innovations, while not forgetting fan favourites including the Iced Latte and the Strawberry & Cream Frostino,” said Eric Tavoukdjian, commercial marketing director at Costa Coffee.
“Whatever the weather, we’re confident we have created the perfect mix of refreshment, indulgence and healthier options that makes Costa Coffee the ideal place to enjoy those long summer days.”
Elsewhere, Paul UK has unveiled a new vegan menu comprising four products; Vegan Falafel Sandwich, Vegan Falafel Salad, Blueberry and Oat Overnight Chia Pot and Raspberry, Oat & Almond Butter Overnight Chia Pot.
