Cornish bakery Crantock Foods has launched two Levi Roots savoury patties into The Co-op.
The Levi Roots Jamaican Jerk Chicken and Jamaican Jerk Lamb products have hit shelves in more than 100 stores across the UK as part of the retailer’s hot food-to-go offering.
Crantock also gained listings in the Co-op for its vegetarian Cauliflower & Kale and Mexican Three Bean pasties, made under a brand partnership with the Posh Pasty Co. This is the first time these products are available through a multiple retailer.
“We are delighted to be working with the Co-op on this launch into over 100 of their UK stores,” said Crantock’s managing director Matt Hurry.
“The products are a result of the investment we have made into brand partnerships with Levi Roots and the Posh Pasty Co, and a recognition that there is a growing demand in the ever growing hot food-to-go sector for premium products.”
“We hope this will be the start of a long-term and highly successful relationship with The Co-op,” added Hurry.
