Manchester-based foodservice patisserie firm and distributor Destiny Foods has launched its Christmas range.
The newly-launched festive range includes cheesecakes, tortes, panacottas, fondants, pies, macaroons, tarts, slices and pastries, alongside profiteroles, brûlées, tortes, cakes, puddings and gateaux.
Pack sizes range from eight to 100, and there is also a gluten-free selection, as well as a large savoury range, spanning canapés, pies and main courses, and a large variety of decorative confectionery options.
Elsewhere, Destiny won the silver award in the category of Best New Ice cream/Dessert/Confectionery Product at the British Frozen Foods Federation (BFFF) Awards. Its Clementine Tart was described as having a “lovely citrus, refreshing flavour and appealing presentation” by one of the judges.
In June Destiny launched a new Viennoiserie range.
