Patissier Eric Lanlard has released his first app, Cake-Boy Classics.
Available on Android Phone and Tablet devices, as well as iPhones, iPads and iPad minis, the app contains 80 recipes across six chapters: Basics & Pastries, Cakes, Cheesecakes, Tarts, Cupcakes and Desserts.
It also includes an alternative ingredient finder, recipe finder, measurement conversion tool, baking timer alert, videos and the ability to share images to Facebook and Twitter.
Costing £4.99 to download, the app was developed by Digital in Hand Ltd, London, taking around four months to design and build.
Commenting on the launch, Lanlard said: “The Cake Boy Classics App is designed for those who love to bake and I am delighted and excited to share my recipes and knowledge with baking fans globally.”
Lanlard has written five books, and has presented four prime time television series, Glamour Puds and Baking Mad. His latest venture has been to design a themed series of Afternoon Teas for the Jumeirah Carlton Tower Hotel in Knightsbridge, London.
