Euphorium Bakery is launching a new flagship bakery and café in London this October.
Open to the public on 7 October, with a soft launch from 16 September, the store will be on Threadneedle Street in the City, near Bank tube station.
The bakery produces hand-baked pastries, breads, sandwiches and cakes, as well as supplying gourmet coffee.
A new carvery will also be available, serving baked breads containing cuts of British-sourced, slow-roasted meats. This will also include hot breakfast sandwiches.
Founded by Daniel Bear and originally opening in Islington, London in 1999, the bakery quickly developed a reputation for creating quality goods fresh from scratch every day.
From there, other shops and cafés opened in various location across north London.
The mezzanine floor will contain a gourmet coffee bar, run by head barista Anthony Khouri. Working closely with Italian coffee connoisseur Kimbo, Euphorium Bakery has created two new house blends, and will offer a different guest blend of coffee each month.
The bakery will be open Monday to Friday 7am-8pm, Saturday 8am-6pm, and will be closed on Sundays.
