Fatherson Bakery has launched a range of gluten-free snack bars designed to be eaten on the go.

The range of bars, called 2Go, comprises four variants:

  • Salted Caramel Sensation: an oaty bake, layered with salted caramel, pumpkin seeds, pistachios, almonds and Belgian dark chocolate.
  • Chocolate Honeycomb Tiffin: a tiffin made with Belgian Chocolate and honeycomb.
  • Fruity Granola: made with oats, sultanas, cranberries, pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds, linseeds and almonds.
  • Chocolate Rocky Road: rocky road made with dark Belgian Chocolate, biscuit, sultanas and marshmallows.

Fatherson Bakery said the bars are baked using a small batch kitchen approach, using fresh ingredients to replicate loved baking practices used in the home kitchen.

It added that the bars are baked with natural flavours and are suitable for vegetarians (Chocolate Rocky Road is suitable for vegans) and those with a gluten intolerance.

The snack bars are available now from c-stores, independent grocery retailers, farm shops and garden centres (rsp: £1.49).
