Finland-based Fazer Group’s Arctic Thin Breads are available now from Worldwide Cuisine (WWC).
The Arctic Thin Breads, which hail from Sweden, are being marketed by Fazer as “healthy and a soft eat – perfect for delicious sandwiches”.
Fazer is in control of the whole production chain of Arctic Thin Breads, from mill through to finished product.
The breads are baked in the north of Sweden, flash-frozen and transported to WWC’s stock holding facility – from there, UK deliveries are made on a daily basis.
James Croft, managing director, WWC, said: “This new and exciting venture between WWC and Fazer will allow us to develop the finest bakery products that Scandinavia has to offer into the mainstream UK supply chain for foodservice, manufacturing and retail customers.
“With our dedicated sales and admin team and daily deliveries throughout the UK and Ireland, we can offer many options to discerning customers, wherever they may be.”
WWC is part of the Elbar Group. It has been supplying food products to the UK foodservice and manufacturing industry since 2002. Family-owned Fazer offers bakery, confectionery, biscuit and grain products, as well as food and café services to more than 40 countries.
