Flower & White is set to launch a limited-edition range of Meringue Truffles in the lead-up to the festive period.
Rolling out from September, the nine-strong baked meringue range comprises: White Chocolate & Strawberry, White Chocolate & Vanilla, Chocolate, Hazelnut Praline, Irish Coffee, Mint Chocolate, Rum Raisin, Mocha and Chocolate Orange.
Described as a “heavenly alternative to a box of Christmas chocolates”, the bite-sized range will be priced at £9.95 a box.
Each Meringue Truffle is handmade from start to finish and is suitable for vegetarians.
“For retailers looking for a point of difference at Christmas, Meringue Truffles are the very essence of luxury,” said Flower & White co-founder Leanne Crowther. “For hampers or for gifting, Meringue Truffles are gourmet treats, all for under £10.”
Flower & White will showcase its new range at trade shows including the Speciality & Fine Food Fair 2017 from 3-5 September at London Olympia.
