Scandinavian gluten-free bakery brand Fria, has announced a further 40 stores in the UK are now stocking its lines, as it increases its presence in the UK.
Fria is currently being supplied via Goodness Foods, a wholesaler for the health food trade.
Anders Nilback, export manager and marketing director at Fria Gluten Free, said: “We are very pleased that we, thanks to Goodness Foods, can offer customers all over the country our products.
“This now means our products are available nationwide, via independent stores as well as online via GoodnessDirect and TotallySwedish. This is very good news since we receive emails and comments on a regular basis from consumers nationwide who’d like to be able to purchase our products in-store.”
It has also just been announced that two of its best-selling products have been short-listed for the Free From Food Awards 2013.
Fria was established in 1996, and produces breads, buns, muffins and cakes, which are currently available in Sweden, Norway, Denmark, Finland, The Netherlands, Italy, Belgium, Germany and the UK.
