Dorset-based bakery The Great British Biscotti Co has unveiled new additions to its sweet and savoury range.

Available now, the two new sweet treat biscottis include dark chocolate orange & pistachio and cranberries & white chocolate. Meanwhile, the bakery has added four savoury options to its range: wild garlic & rosemary, jalapeño & cheddar, seaweed & cracked peppercorns and sun-dried tomatoes & olives.

The ranges were unveiled at the Farm Shop & Deli show, held from 24-26 April 2017 at the NEC in Birmingham.

 “In recent months we’ve been inundated with requests from both existing and potential customers asking us to expand our flavour repertoire further,” said Paul Rostand, owner of The Great British Biscotti Co.

 “The launch at the Farm Shop & Deli show was frankly overwhelming, with many show visitors suggesting that these might well be our most flamboyant flavours to date.”

The Great British Biscotti Co’s has seen a rise in demand from consumers in the UK and abroad, such as Hong Kong, Germany and Italy since it was founded in March 2016.

In March 2017, the company installed a PFM Pearl entry-level flow-wrapper to keep up with growing consumer demand.
