Vanilla, Rose & Pistachio Milk Cake Tray

Heavenly Desserts is diversifying beyond foodservice for the first time with a new range of take-home traybakes.

The premium dessert parlour, which operates over 60 sites across the UK, has unveiled Milk Cake Trays as the debut product under its new retail offering.

Launching nationwide on 10 March, the new traybakes are available in three of Heavenly Desserts’ most popular milk cake flavours: Saffron, Lotus Biscoff, and Vanilla, Rose & Pistachio.

The saffron variant features sweet saffron sponge, soft cream, edible flowers, and fragrant saffron milk syrup. The Lotus Biscoff cake has delicate sponge topped with Biscoff cream, Biscoff crumble, and Biscoff milk syrup. Lastly, the Vanilla, Pistachio & Rose options comprises a light vanilla sponge, soft cream, crushed pistachios, rose, and pistachio milk syrup.

The cakes come in beautifully designed packaging, and are intended for gifting or sharing at the likes of birthdays, dinner parties, or gatherings of families and friends. They are available for collection from all Heavenly Desserts locations, with customers required to pre-order with a minimum 24 hours’ notice.

Driven by increasing consumer demand for premium at-home experiences and elevated dessert gifting, the launch represents the first phase of a wider retail strategy for the brand, with additional products planned for release later this year.

“Expanding into retail is a defining moment for Heavenly Desserts,” said co-founder and managing director Yousif Aslam. “For years, our guests have celebrated life’s special occasions in our restaurants. With this new range we’re now giving them the opportunity to bring that same sense of indulgence and connection into their own spaces.

“The Milk Cake is more than a dessert – it’s designed to elevate the moments that matter most,” added Aslam.

Heavenly Desserts was founded in 2008 by Mohammad Imran and Yousif Aslam. Its UK restaurants stretch from Worthing of the south coast up to Aberdeen in Scotland, and from Cardiff over to Colchester. It also has five franchises in Canada.

The menu features Croffles (croissant-waffle hybrid), American waffles, crêpes, milk cakes, cookie dough skillets, cheesecakes, tarts and dessert tapas. Signature items include Red Berry French Toast, Umali Pudding, Kebueno Profiteroles, Caramel Monkey Bread, Dubai Chococlate Crêpe Rolls, and Salted Caramel Miso Fondant.
