Lola’s Kitchen, a London based cupcake company, has introduced a new vegan cupcake following customer feedback.
The vegan product, a passion fruit and coconut cupcake, is now being sold in department stores such as Selfridges, as well as at the company’s underground carts at stations such as King’s Cross, Waterloo and Blackfriars.
The brand is also planning to add raspberry & coconut and strawberry & coconut flavours to the vegan cupcake range.
Asher Budwig, managing director of Lola’s, said: “The customers loved our dairy-free and egg-free cakes, but wanted something completely vegan, so we have just expanded the range in line with their demands really.”
Lola’s Kitchen started selling cupcakes in the Underground in January this year in partnership with Transport for London (TfL).
