Bite-sized takes on British nostalgia and some global influences are featured in the Co-op line-up of new bakery items for Christmas 2026.
All under the retailer’s premium Irresistible range, these include the likes of mini versions of beef Wellington, fish finger sandwiches, and butternut squash pastries. On the sweet side, comforting seasonal flavours have been employed such as ginger, maple, amaretto, and chocolate & orange.
“We know Christmas can be a busy time, so we’ve focused on making it easier for customers to enjoy delicious food without the fuss,” said Alexa Masterhorn, head of product development at Co-op. “We’re also proud that our range continues to champion British and responsible sourcing because it’s something that matters to our members, customers and the farmers we work with.”
