Artisan bakery Muffin Break will launch its summer menu in all its UK stores this month.

There are nine new items in the range, which include fudge brownie, lemon drizzle cake, gluten-free orange and almond cake, banana bundt cake and sticky date bundt cake.

The savoury menu consists of tarts and ‘tortilla stacks’ and includes bacon & egg tart, spinach & feta tart, courgette tart, chicken & ham tortilla stack and gourmet vegetables tortilla stack.

The whole summer range will retail from £1.20 to £3.60.

Muffin Break has seen sales jump by more than two thirds at its Worcestershire store following a refurbishment.
