Nairn’s is tapping the lunchtime market for the first time with the launch of a two-strong Gluten Free Flatbread range.
Available in Sainsbury’s at £1.75, the 150g range comprises Original and Rosemary & Sea Salt flavours, which are 55 calories and are made with gluten-free wholegrain oats.
The flatbreads are packed in pouches and are described by the brand as the “perfect lunchtime option”.
“Much bigger than a cracker, but even more light and crispy, Nairn’s Gluten Free Flatbreads are the perfect lunchtime option for consumers who want something a little more substantial,” said Nairn’s sales director Paddy Cronin.
“The flatbreads demonstrate our ongoing commitment to both our customers and driving innovation within the category.”
The company added it has a number of new gluten-free products in the pipeline, which will be rolled out in 2018.
