Yum Yum Bros is launching new products as part of its Ndulge premium bakery range at the Caffè Culture Show in May.

The bakery manufacturing firm, based in Brentwood, Essex, will be introducing its new two- and four-pack cookie range, which includes four varieties - all butter, butter raisin, choc chip and stem ginger.

Products in the new range will be available as a 22g single-serve pack of two, as well as a pack of four cookies, both of which are available to bakery retailers in mixed selection boxes of 48 and 96 portions.

The firm will also be showcasing its Oh My Goodness! range of healthy bakery bites and bars, which contain ingredients such as flaked oats, English spelt, seeds, flax, honey and real pieces of vine fruits and berries.

Mark Stack, managing director for Yum Yum Bros, said: “With so much expertise to draw on, creating our Ndulge and Oh My Goodness! lines and knowing what flavour combinations work well together came easy to us.

“We supply our snacks as single-portion bars, bagged as mini bites and in larger tubs for sharing, and have focused heavily on the packaging so the product has great shelf appeal, whether in a retail or foodservice environment.”
