Shrewsbury-based Flower & White has created a range of gluten-free muffins for the foodservice sector.
Available from this month, the 110g individually wrapped portions will be sold in lemon curd, blueberry, coffee caramel, white chocolate & raspberry, salted caramel and triple chocolate variants.
The Shropshire-based business will also make white chocolate & raspberry, salted caramel and triple chocolate flavours available for the retail market.
“Whether you need gluten-free or choose gluten-free for a healthier lifestyle, we believe you shouldn’t have to miss out,” Leanne Crowther, co-founder of Flower & White said. “Our range of muffins are gluten-free, but without compromising on taste or flavour.”
