Say ‘hej’ to Pappa Johan’s – a rebranded version of pizza chain Papa John’s to mark the launch of its new dessert Cinnamon Scrolls.
Inspired by the Swedish treat kanelsnegl, each scroll is made from fresh dough, a sweet cinnamon filling and topped off with a generous drizzle of icing.
Pappa Johan’s bakery – which is located at 95 Golborne Road, Ladbroke Grove in Kensington and Chelsea – will be open from Saturday 6 to Sunday 7 September between 10am and 4pm.
The bakery will take a minimalistic and Nordic approach to its décor and menu. Visitors will be given a free portion of Cinnamon Scrolls as well as a selection of hot and cold drinks.
The scrolls will be available nationwide from 2 September for a limited time and can be ordered via the Papa John’s app, its website or in-store.
Papa John’s has created some other unusual menu items recently, including a Beezza (a pizza for bees) made in celebration of its Bee Sting pizza and a Heinz Ketchup pizza.
