Sweetpea Pantry, the baking mix producer, won the Store Cupboard category at the FreeFrom Awards for its Grainy Brainy Pancakes.
The Sweetpea Pantry’s winning Grainy Brainy Pancakes are gluten-free, sugar-free, and include ingredients such as buckwheat, brown rice, quinoa, teff and flaxseeds, and can be made dairy-free.
Sweetpea said its mixes “are designed to make it easier for families to make nutritious and delicious snacks and meals”.
