Cornbread and tacos feature in a guide designed to help chefs and bakers boost profit by offering tastes of America, Canada and Mexico.
The new Unilever Food Solutions guide - Hello World: The Americas - offers cultural insight from street food expert Victoria Stewart and recipes and tips from Unilever Food Solution culinary lead Alex Hall.
Recipes include tacos stuffed with pibil pork and honey-glazed cornbread topped with bourbon-glazed brisket.
