Vegan eatery By Chloe is to launch an afternoon tea at its two London locations.
The afternoon tea will feature vegan tea sandwiches including ‘Tuna Salad’, which contains chickpea tuna, mayo and onions on granary bread; ‘Egg Salad’, a tofu scramble with seasonal salad served on dark rye; ‘Smoked Salmon Cream Cheese’, made by marinating beef tomato fillets and serving with dill and cashew mozzarella on a beetroot loaf; and English Cucumber Basil, which comprises sliced cucumber, cashew mozzarella and avocado on basil bread.
The menu will also offer baby sweets including a Victoria Sponge Bar, Carrot Cake, Chocolate Whoopie Pie, a Red Velvet Cupcake and Rainbow Star Scones, as well as teas from London tea company Good & Proper Tea.

“Our plant-based tea sandwiches and baby sweets will be the perfect afternoon treat for all loyal customers to enjoy.”
The afternoon tea will launch on Thursday 7 March and will be available Thursday to Sunday from 2.30pm to 6pm, priced at £20 per person.
