Wrights Food Group has launched a home delivery service in partnership with online ordering portal Foodhub.
Using the Foodhub app, customers in Stoke-on-Trent can order a variety of Wrights products directly to their door. The delivery menu includes filled oatcakes, breakfast baps, pies, pasties, salads, sub rolls and cakes.
The service will initially be rolled out to customers within the ST6 postcode and in some northern areas of the city. Wrights said it would aim to deliver to customers’ homes within 45 minutes of receiving the order.
“Increasingly, our customers are leading busier lives, which means they are looking for the added convenience that comes with ordering our food through an app and having it delivered to their doorstep,” said Peter Wright, chairman and CEO at Wrights Food Group.
“This new service will particularly appeal to the elderly and housebound, who we are sure will be delighted to enjoy a Wrights treat through the delivery option.”
Delivery is available from 8am to 2pm on Thursday, Friday and Saturday. There is a minimum spend of £10 per delivery. Orders can also be collected from Wrights’ store in Burslem from Monday to Saturday 8am-4pm.
