Black Sheep Coffee has opened a new site on Manchester’s Deansgate today (16 August).
The new store, which is the brand’s third in Manchester, has opened in what was previously a Patisserie Valerie.
Patisserie Valerie owner Patisserie Holdings ceased trading at the store, which is on the corner of Deansgate and St Ann Street, in January this year along with 70 other sites.
Black Sheep Coffee’s new store will offer a variety of coffee-based beverages, including Nitro Cold Brew and its new Tudo Bom coffee, which uses naturally processed beans from Brazil. It will also serve cocktails and smoothies.
It will offer Norwegian Waffles that are handmade on-site and can be served as a sweet or savoury dish, with options such as brown cheese & jam strawberries and cream, as well as beef or pork & cheese hotdogs.
“We are delighted to be opening a third site in Manchester following the success of our existing two sites in the city. This new opening showcases the exciting expansion of the Black Sheep Coffee family,” said Gabriel Shohet and Eirik Holth, co-founders of Black Sheep Coffee.
