Doves Farm, the family-owned Wiltshire-based miller and baker, has confirmed a £500k deal with the Allergy and Free From Show.
Doves, which specialises in organic and free-from flours and foods, signed the three-year deal to enable it to “take prime position at both the London and Liverpool [allergy and free-from] events this year, offering a fully immersive experience to help free-from baking tackle the challenges faced in allergen-aware households”.
Free-from food sales are forecast to grow to £531m in 2016, and £673m by 2020, according to retail analyst Mintel.
Doves Farm is making a notable investment into the industry in which its core business revolves.
Clare Marriage, co-founder of Doves Farm, said: “We have been advocates for this industry since the beginning and we fully believe that this substantial investment is worthwhile, especially with the industry growing at such a significant rate.”
Doves Farm’s premium flour range offers over 30 different flours, including organic flour, gluten-free flour, cake flour, pasta flour, gram, buckwheat, spelt flour, malthouse, rye and rice flour. The range also includes yeast, biscuits, cookies, flapjacks, pasta and breakfast cereals.
