CSM UK, the bakery ingredients supplier, has joined the Federation of Bakers (FoB) as an associate member.
CSM UK produces frozen and ambient bakery products under brands Arkady, Craigmillar and Readi-bake.
The FoB now has 16 associate members from food related businesses.
Bob Cole, industry channel director at CSM UK, said: “With over 135 years of innovation, and a dedicated and experienced technical team, CSM has gone from strength to strength to support and develop bespoke solutions in partnership with our bakery customers.
“We are looking forward to continuing this growth with the access to the Federation of Bakers’ fantastic resources, as well as the support and opportunities which comes with the associate membership.”
Gordon Polson, director of the FoB, added: ‘We are thrilled to have CSM UK on board as a new associate member, and look forward to supporting them in both their local and global operations.”
